Want to copy files from your floppy drives, cd drives or hard drives which are not normally being copied? Just download Copy Cat and experience the difference. Copy Cat actually skips the bytes which are not readable from a file and copies all the other bytes, therefore it extracts the maximum data which is normally not done by a windows copy operation.
HOW TO USE:

Choose the source file you want to copy.

Choose a destination directory where you want the file to be copied.

Choose the number of bytes to be skipped if an error is found. Copy Cat actually skips any byte which are not readable so if its taking a lot of time it means there are lots of unreadable bytes, so you can try higher values to be skipped like 10, 100, 1000, 10000, 100000.....

Press copy and wait for file to be copied. During this process the program may stop responding but still you wait for appropriate time as process may be still running internally.
