Disk Copy 2.0 is a potent freeware providing sector-by-sector disk/partition copy regardless of your operating system, file systems and partition scheme. The sector-by-sector method assures you a copy 100% identity to the original. EASEUS Disk Copy can be used for copy, cloning, or upgrading your original small hard drive to a new larger drive. Simply speaking, it can copy anything from the old hard drive including the deleted, lost files and inaccessible data.

Disk copy 2.0 does not need an installation in the usual sense.
In fact, it is necessary to create a bootable Disk Copy 2.0 CD
before using Disk Copy 2.0 for the first time. The following
chapters describe how to create a bootable Disk Copy 2.0 CD.

1. Creating a bootable CD/DVD
The Disk Copy 2.0 software package contains a so-called ISO
image in the file DC2.iso. It can be used to create a bootable
Disk Copy 2.0 CD with any operating system using CD writing
software of your choice as far as it supports creating CDs from
an ISO image. Further information can be found in the manual
of your CD writing software.

1). Extract the file DC2.iso from the Disk Copy 2.0 software package.
2). Start your CD writing software and choose 'Create CD from image file'
(or similar, according to the respective CD writing software).
3). Specify the file DC2.iso as image file.
4). Insert a blank CD into the according drive.
5). Write the CD.

Insert the bootable Disk Copy 2.0 CD into the corresponding drive.
Switch on the computer or reboot it. Make sure that the BIOS boots
from the respective CD drive.

After boot from the bootable Disk Copy 2.0 CD, a pre-start menu
will appear. You have three options: Start disk copy 2.0,
boot from the hard disk and reboot.
