The Strategy Map Mind-Map style Flowchart defines the Mission, Goals, Perspectives & Objectives which are then used to Drive the Balanced Scorecard to develop Individual Employee scorecard-based Business Plans. The software is extremely adaptable and allows additional layers to be inserted between the Objectives and Measures thereby ensuring that it can suit almost any planning style. The software can also be used for Asset Management and Project work. It also features a cross-referencing section called Drill-Down where you can check the validity of your business plan. XML Export and Import allow easy movement of business plans between users.

Adapability and Scalability :

• The software provides easy storage and linkage of all popular Business Planning, Project and Asset Management concepts.
• Up to 10 possible Perspectives/Project Items in each database.
• The program can be easily adapted to the varying Business Plan Terminologies and Layering Levels thus providing a solution that suits every planning model.
• Adaptions are provided for each individual database to provide a dynamically changable multi-use system.
• An Objective, Goal or Perspective can be relabelled as required.
• Measures and/or Scores can also be renamed or removed from a database.
• Additional levels such as KRA, CPI, Ledger Codes or Attributes can easily be added between Objectives and Measures.
• Initiatives and Timelines can be renamed, or removed from a particular database.
• Gantt Charts and Budgets can be added to every Initiative and/or Timeline.
• When Objectives are linked to Goals in the Strategy Map the Goal Drill-Down shows total goal costs and Gantt charts.
• The program can be adapted to handle Assett Registers, Project Management, Equipment Maintenance Schedules or a mix of these alongside or inside the Balanced Scorecard.
• Strategy Maps plus all other components and levels are totally Live (or Data Linked) and changes are updated throughout the entire program.
• Strong focus on the Organisational Tree with this view remaining visible and accessable when using the Program.
• Provision for three costing areas to be defined and remain visible for every Initiative.
• The program contains superior cross-referencing facilities (called Drill-Down) thus enabling Managers and Directors to easily gain a powerful organisational overview.

• Easy Export to Word, Excel, HTML, XML, Jpeg and PNG.

  The only restriction in this free version is that you can only add 10 employees at a time, and it can only be used on a C:/ drive.
